Don't plan God out of His job.
A friend shared this with me today and it has had my mind spinning since.
This is huge for me...somedays, I get very ambitious because I want to plan every detail and each situation needs to have an acceptable ending. I use lots of energy to try to make it all happen.
But, God is asking me to do it differently...to let go....to trust Him completely....to let Him work out each detail....to take one day at a time, one moment at a time...and to pray and give thanks.
With God, its like developing a film-life is the dark room where God is developing us and then He brings is to the light and shows us the whole beautiful picture. So what if I can't see the whole picture? I am in good hands with God!
I believe that with God, nothing is wasted. Everything serves a purpose-so I need to let God do His job. I just need to have faith and trust Him.
